Support Our Brother Knights, Their Wives, Sons, and Daughters in Their Quest for Gainful Employment in This Tough Economic Resession

A PRAYER FOR THOSE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT
God, our Father, as many of our parishioners brothers, and friends seek help and guidance as they look for suitable employment, Grant them your wisdom to guide their footsteps along the right path, and lead them to find the proper things to say and do in their quest for employment. Grant them the gifts and talents they need during their search; and the opportunities for gainful employment. Do not abandon them, dear Father, in their search, but rather grant them this favor they seek so that they may return to you with praise and thanksgiving for your gracious assistance. Grant this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

What is the Hire A Brother Knight Program?

Due to the economic situation with company downsizing, layoffs, company closings, and other economic situations. NC State Council has instituted a new plan to promote Brother Knights looking for jobs. Here’s how it works:

  1. A Brother Knight needing a job sends his resume to his G.K.,
  2. The G.K. forwards the resume to his D.D.,
  3. The D.D. forwards the resume to his R.D.D. and other G.K.s in his district,
  4. The R.D.D. forwards the resume to other R.D.D.s,
  5. The other R.D.D.s forward the resume down to his D.D.s
  6. Those D.D.s then forward the resume down to the G.K.s in their district, and
  7. The G.K. make all resumes he receives known and available to the Brothers in his council.

The following is a list of Resumes local brother Knights or their immediatel family members (wives, sons, daughters) seeking either part-time or full-time employment as a primary source of income or just supplemental family income.
